ROTI GMS Approves Rp350 Billion Cash Dividend

Jakarta – April 12, 2022, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (stock code: ROTI) has completed the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which took place this morning at Hotel Mulia Jakarta.

The Shareholders approved a Cash Dividend of Rp350 billion which is scheduled to be distributed on May 9, 2022. Management revealed that the amount was in accordance with the proposal submitted to the Shareholders as a form of appreciation for the support given during the Covid-19 pandemic.

"Of course, taking into account the achievements in 2021, including the position of the Company's Balance Sheet and Cash Flow which is very healthy," said Mrs. Ida Apulia Simatupang, Director of the Company.

The AGMS also approved the Board of Directors' Report regarding the running of the Company and ratified the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Calculation for the financial year ending on December 31, 2021.

As is well known, this mass-segment bread producer with the brand “Sari Roti” has recorded a very good performance in 2021. “We managed to book a Net Profit attributable to the Owner of the Parent Entity of Rp281 billion or grew 30% from the previous year with the achievement of Sales Rp3.29 trillion, up 2.4%," explained Mrs. Ida Apulia Simatupang, Director of the Company.

At the last meeting agenda, the Shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Arief Alfanto as Director of the Company, so that the composition of the Management based on the resolutions of the AGMS is as follows:

The full results of today's AGMS will be submitted to OJK and IDX in accordance with the applicable Capital Market regulations.
