Whistleblowing System
FRAUD Be Vigilant, Observe, and Report!
The Company implements a Whistleblowing System known as Fraud Detection Program (FDP) to handle reports of violations and fraud that may occur within the Company. FDP is implemented and monitored directly by the Company’s Internal Audit. Internal Audit shall ensure that the FDP works effectively in accordance with its objectives and is fully responsible to the President Director. Based on the complainants and objects of inspection, the FDP is generally classified into two categories, internal and external. The internal consists of Directors, Management and all Employees, while external covers Suppliers/Vendors, Contractors, Consumers and other external parties involved in the Company’s operations. The Fraud Detection Program (FDP) has been communicated to all Stakeholders, both internal and external. Education and communication to internal parties are done through various means such as presentations, emails and other facilities. Meanwhile, the external parties are required to sign the memorandum of understanding on the business practice values adopted by the Company that binds both parties. The FDP program requires all stakeholders to report any fraud occurring through several means as mention on the poster above.
