ROTI’s Innovation Drives Business Growth, Net Profit Rises 33,3% QoQ

Jakarta, October 30, 2025 – PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ticker code: ROTI), the first and largest mass-produced bread manufacturer in Indonesia under the brands “SARI ROTI,” “SARI KUE,” and “SARI CHOCO,” once again recorded a very strong performance increase in the Third Quarter of 2025 (3Q25), as summarized from the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements dated September 30, 2025.

The Company utilized on the “Back to School” momentum for the new academic year by promoting its Sweet Bread and Cake categories, which complemented the demand for White Bread products as packed lunches for children returning to school.

Several new products have been launched since the beginning of the year, including Cream Messes Bun 6pcs, Cheesecake Duo, Mini Cupcakes, Croissant Chocolate, and various Dorayaki variants, all of which have received a positive response from consumers.

The results were immediately evident in the 3Q25 Consolidated Net Sales, which reached Rp971 billion, an increase of 6.6% compared to the previous quarter (QoQ).

Due to efficient management of production and operational costs, the sales growth directly contributed to increasing the Company’s profitability.

3Q25 Net Profit reached Rp65 billion, successfully expanding by 33.3% QoQ compared to Rp49 billion in the previous period.

With this result, the company’s overall performance up to September 2025 (9M25) achieved Total Net Sales of Rp2.7 trillion and booked a Net Profit of Rp136.7 billion.

The recovery of Indonesian consumer purchasing power remains the biggest challenge in 2025. However, the upward trend in the volume of demand for bread and cake products, which began in early 2Q25 and continued into 3Q25, is believed to sustain the growth momentum through the end of 4Q25 and into 2026.

The Company remains committed to making strategic investments in products and business innovation to adapt to dynamic consumer preferences, thereby driving sustainable business growth.

One such business development is through PT Javasari Mitra Prima, a subsidiary established last year, which has successfully supplied a variety of premium-segment bread, cake, and pastries for the “JAVASARI” flagship store located in the Kebayoran Baru area.
