ROTI Holds Shareholder Meeting to Distribute IDR 450 Billion Dividend

Jakarta, April 7, 2026 – PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (stock code: ROTI) successfully held its Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the Meeting) this morning at Hotel Mulia Jakarta.

One of the highly anticipated Meeting agendas was the allocation of the Company’s Net Profit, where shareholders approved the distribution of a cash dividend of IDR 450 billion. This is equivalent to IDR 80.04 per share, or a yield of 10.7% compared to yesterday’s closing price of IDR 745 on April 6, 2026.

Several other important Agendas resolved during the Meeting include: the Approval of the Board of Directors' Annual Report regarding the Company's operations for the financial year ended December 31, 2025; the Ratification of the Company's Balance Sheet and Income Statement for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2025; and the approval of amendments to Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association in relation to the addition of the Company's business activities.

Summarizing the 2025 performance, amidst the challenges of uncertain market conditions, the Company successfully achieved a Net Revenue of IDR 3.76 trillion, maintaining its 2010-2025 long-term growth trajectory at approximately 12.9% CAGR.

During the Meeting, the Company also presented six business units as the fundamental foundation for future sustainable growth: Sari Roti, Sari Kue, Sari Choco, Indosari Food Solutions, Distribution, and Retail; Growth BEYOND Bread.
